Michelle Monk – Regional Vice President – Arbonne

My husband and I worked hard for our employers ever since we were teenagers.  We were both tired and we had no savings to fall back on.  We lived pay week to pay week and kept up with the bills but never had “rainy day” money.  We were cramming our lives into weekends and evenings and four weeks holiday a year.

When I first started Arbonne I couldn’t afford to leave my job, to risk something new and I certainly couldn’t afford to start another type of business, nor did I want Read the rest of this entry »

In 32 years I’ve had the privilege of driving beautiful cars such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Honda & Volkswagen Convertible and never had to pay a cent for car registration or insurance.  You can see me pictured here in my favourite…a sexy red convertible Peugeot.

I’ve had 45 overseas trips in the last 31 years courtesy of Nutrimetics.  I paid off my first home at 27 and educated my son in a Private School after my husband and I divorced.  At 52 I I’ve built wealth with investment properties and know I am financially set up for life – all through Party Plan.

I love helping people to fulfill their dreams and making them feel special.  I learned early in my career that it I help enough people get what they want, the law of compensation will ensure I get what I want.  I found a job 32 years ago that I love and I don’t feel like I’ve worked a day since.

Nothing beats being paid to party! Read the rest of this entry »

Moana RobinsonMoana Robinson – Executive Regional Vice President – Arbonne

I started my Arbonne journey in July 2007 after a business trip to the USA.  Since then it has been an amazing journey.  Arbonne specialises in botanically based cutting edge skin care products and cosmetics.  I am so happy I have found a business that I can enjoy and promote knowing that for me the products are the best I have ever used.

The company has an excellent compensation plan and huge scope for personal development which I love.  It is not until you are actually in this industry that you realise the multiple benefits that are available.  Flexibility is a huge benefit for anyone whether they are a mum of young children or still working a part-time job or for a host of other reasons.

Apart from the beautiful products, the main reason I love this business is the ability to “pay it forward” and give others the same opportunities that I have.

It is so rewarding to see people develop and grow both personally and financially.  I LOVE IT! Read the rest of this entry »

I began my Direct Sales journey way back in 1981 when a girlfriend invited me to a skincare and makeup party at her place.  I love makeup and thought…wow I can earn money doing this!!  At the time I had just purchased my first car and wanted to pay it off as quickly as possible.  I saw this as the perfect opportunity.  Little did I know all the benefits a career in Direct Sales would offer!

For the past 17 years I have enjoyed success as a Diamond Director with Grace Cosmetics.  I have a dynamic business that allows me the freedom to pursue the lifestyle that I desire.  I enjoy being my own boss and a successful business woman and I get great pleasure in encouraging and inspiring other women from all walks of life to do the same. As a purpose driven leader of a team of 100 Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, over the past 20 years I have successfully influenced individuals to achieve their goals through developing their personal growth.  As a result my businesses prospered.

In March 2008 the timing was perfect for me to enter the Direct Sales Industry.  Having sold the last of our three pharmacies we were looking for a wealth creation vehicle that offered flexibility and fun.  With three young children aged 8, 7 and 6 the ten hour a week committment to the business suited us beautifully.  It has provided us a very effective part-time income stream on top of what we were currently doing and in fact has now matched a full time income. Gail de RaadtGail de Raadt – The Learning Ladder

I have been working in the Direct Sales Industry for the last five years both casually and full time.  Whilst on maternity leave from my corporate job, I wanted to do something to get out of the house.  I loved the Learning Ladders products and thoroughly enjoyed the positive impact selling them made on our family.  So much so that I chose not to go back to huge hours and demanding bosses.  Instead I chose to work casually, topping up my income with the money I made through the Learning Ladder.   Two years ago I made a conscious decision to work my business full time and as a result it has gone from strength to strength.  Read the rest of this entry »
