LBCloseUpWith Christmas only a couple of months away, we are now heading into the most lucrative time of the year for Party Planners.  This is the time of the year for full diaries, high sales and healthy bank accounts as people begin their Christmas shopping frenzy.   
 
Its no secret that people around the country are already buying Christmas presents.   The question is …are they buying them from you?

In the days when I ran my own Party Plan business November was my favourite month of the year.  I remember one year I sold over $25,000 worth of product, did 42 parties and had a waiting list of people who wanted to be contacted if I had a cancellation.   Talk about crazy!

For me November was a month of excitement and reward because after many failed attempts I had finally developed a strategy that enabled me to generate an endless stream of bookings and bumper sales.  Having personally coached literally hundreds of Party Planners over the years I understand that November can also be a month filled with feelings of desperation, frustration and anxiety, especially if you have no bookings!

Booking QueenHaving worked in the Direct Sales Industry myself for seven years I know what it feels like to open your diary, look at the blank pages and wonder what to do next.  I understand your frustration when parties cancel and the disappointment you feel when you drive for an hour to a party and only 2 guests show up.  Why?  Because I’ve been there.

I had moments where I’d get really angry because I was told this industry was EASY.  Anyone can do it.  You don’t need any experience.  Everyone loves parties you’ve just got to ask them.   Its EASY…yeah right!!
