Whether you’ve been in business for a week, a month or a year, you’ve probably heard the saying “it costs less to keep a customer than it does to find a new one”.   In fact research shows that it can cost up to six times more to find a new customer than it does to retain existing ones.

So what systems do you have in place to ensure you retain your customers?

What do you that makes hostesses want to party with you 2, 3 or 4 times year?

How do to ensure you remain in the forefront of your customers mind so they buy from you long after the party is over?

Every day consumers are bombarded with marketing messages from your competitors and unless you take great care of them, you will ultimately lose them to the opposition.    Whilst being fun, courteous and informative at your parties is a good start, it’s not enough to maintain customer loyalty.
